Project description
As part of the digitalization of its administrative processes, the Mozarteum University Salzburg decided to introduce the CAFM system pitFM. The aim was to record all FM-relevant data centrally, manage it transparently and optimize processes sustainably. The introduction was carried out in close cooperation between the university and pit - including analysis, system configuration, data migration and user training. More than 500 users are now actively working with pitFM.
