As a BIM Manager, you play a central role in the digital building lifecycle. You ensure consistent data quality from planning and construction through to building operation. Increasing demands for transparency, sustainability, energy efficiency, and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) reporting, as well as DIN-compliant operational responsibility, underscore the importance of your role. For efficient data management, you have access to BIM management software and OpenBIM software for coordinating planning, simulation, and operational data. This enables structured capture, verification, and transfer of models to pitFM, as well as the integration of data from CAD systems such as Revit, AutoCAD, or BricsCAD. In combination with pitCAD Ultimate, this creates a fully integrated model and process framework.

Basis for a digital twin
With pitCAD Ultimate, you have a tool to fulfill coordination tasks and create the foundation for a digital twin of a building. pitCAD Ultimate generates planning data that can later be linked with operating data in pitFM. Thanks to the integral data network, information from calculations such as heating load, cooling load or pipe network can be automatically transferred. This creates a continuous digital workflow from planning to construction.
