Project description
The aim was to create a central, digital solution for facility management that maps all building and infrastructure data and provides sustainable support for day-to-day operations in a complex healthcare and social facility.
After an intensive selection phase, the Attl Foundation opted for the pitFM CAFM system in 2014, which impressed with its high level of flexibility, sophisticated CAD connection and intuitive user guidance. Since its introduction, pitFM has been an integral part of the foundation's digital infrastructure - from building planning to maintenance and operational organization. 1,000 employees and supervisors actively use the system, and over 1,100 supervised persons also access functions such as orders and internal inquiries via pitFM.
A comprehensive interface to the Microsoft Navision ERP system and digital access control was also developed for optimum system integration. This made it possible to create a continuous process chain between administration, technology and care. An important milestone was the introduction of pitFM Mobile in 2015 to record structural deviations in accordance with the Care Residence Quality Act (AVPfleWoqG). This made the Attl Foundation one of the first users to successfully implement mobile facility management processes in the healthcare sector. It is currently gradually switching to the new pitFM2GO platform, which offers shorter synchronization times, simplified process control and a significantly improved user experience.
Six central processes are currently mapped in pitFM2GO - including order and ticket management, cleaning control, meter and inventory management, tree and playground management as well as cleaning documentation and PfleWoqG evaluations. With pitFM2GO and the consistent further development of digital processes, the Attl Foundation has created a future-proof, scalable platform that sustainably strengthens efficiency, transparency and legal certainty throughout facility management.
