pitFM is part of the pitEcoSystem+ and acts as an end-to-end data platform for planning, construction and operation. The solution combines CAD data, BIM models, CAFM processes and IoT systems in a single digital image of your property. You can transfer building information directly from CAD or BIM as early as the planning phase and transfer it to operations without media discontinuity. This creates a digital twin that is maintained and further developed across all life cycle phases. Thanks to the support of open standards such as IFC, XML and REST APIs, your data landscape remains flexible, expandable and capable of integration.
PLANNING
Your digital process chain begins in the planning phase. Crucial building data is defined in the CAD or BIM environment, from geometric properties to room boundaries and technical information. This is seamlessly transferred to pitFM via open standards such as IFC or XML. This allows you to continue using the same information as in planning and avoid duplicate data entry and quality losses.
BUILD
