Olympiaworld Innsbruck is one of the most important event and leisure centers in the Alpine region. The Olympiaworld Innsbruck includes the Olympic Hall, the TIWAG Arena, the Tivoli Stadium, the State Sports Center, the skate hall, the Olympic Ice Channel, the American Football Center and various outdoor facilities.

Project description
When implementing the software, the initial focus was on managing the areas as the basis for event management. By using the pitFM software, all area data and CAD plans could initially be integrated. The fault reporting tool (pitFM Web) enables the automatic reporting of technical faults. A room booking system was implemented at the state sports center. Adapted standard reports can be used to generate registration slips, occupancy plans and order plans.
The three rental buses are managed via the vehicle management system. Rooms and vehicle bookings can also be made online via a booking tool.
At the Tivoli Stadium, ancillary costs for all rented premises are billed using the pitFM software. Monthly billing for all outdoor facilities is semi-automatic (attachment of special reports).
To improve visitor guidance, an online booking overview optimized for smartphones was recently introduced for the outdoor facilities.
