Project description
The aim of the project was to digitally map all planning data for the branch offices, efficiently manage the technical systems and improve communication in fault management.
All CAD data for the bank branches was digitized in accordance with the Oberbank CAD guidelines, implemented on ADT plans and linked to the CAFM database.
The areas are structured according to DIN 277 and are continuously maintained by the construction department. This has created a uniform and transparent space structure - an essential basis for space controlling and cost management in the financial sector.
The technical maintenance of the technical building systems is managed by an internal Oberbank department. The integrated helpdesk system (pit-FM Web) forwards faults directly to the responsible contact person. This shortens response times, digitalizes work processes and increases the level of service in facility management.
In addition, inventory data for the technical systems was transferred from external service providers and integrated into the central CAFM database.
The close link between CAD and the database ensures a seamless database across all locations - from planning to maintenance.
A modern reporting system provides precise information on space utilization, system data, maintenance cycles and operating costs at all times. Employees can use the web portal for fault management to report faults themselves and track the processing status online - a significant step towards digital facility management in the financial sector.
Result and added value
With the introduction of the CAFM system, Oberbank AG has digitalized its facility management and made it future-proof.
Central data management ensures transparency across 177 properties and 167,000 m² of gross floor space.
Thanks to the integration of CAD, database and helpdesk, all information on areas, systems and maintenance processes is available at all times.
The result:
- Optimized operating and maintenance processes
- Efficient use of space and cost control
- Improved service quality through digital fault management
- Sustainable data basis for strategic decisions
Oberbank AG thus demonstrates how CAFM solutions can contribute to greater efficiency, transparency and profitability in the financial sector.
