To this end, all areas and corresponding systems were initially recorded in order to subsequently assign the respective inspections, activities and orders. In addition, a ticket system enables faults to be assigned to the relevant technical department via the web. In this context, pitFM also offers documentation and evaluation of employee adherence to deadlines (taking into account the assigned cost center). An interface to the purchasing department allows automated ordering of the required spare parts.
Another important point is workplace evaluation. The first step is to record each workplace in order to assess the risk situation using an evaluation system. Measures that can lead to risk minimization are then forwarded to the maintenance department so that a re-evaluation can take place after implementation, which is important for the existing ISO certifications. This is now also carried out for environmental aspects.
