Thanks to continuous further development, Dachser relies on modern technologies such as browser-based applications and mobile apps, which enable meter reading and FM audits directly on site, for example. Interactive audit reports are made available to all branches via the pitFM Smart web solution.
As pitFM is used throughout Europe, the platform offers consistent multilingualism - both in the user interface and in the reports. In addition to the classic CAFM functions, property data can be supplemented with additional information such as geo-information codes, contract details or insurance-relevant information.
To ensure the highest data protection standards, data that is no longer required is automatically anonymized and deleted. This ensures that facility management at Dachser always remains efficient, transparent and secure.
