When implementing the software, the initial focus was on managing the areas as the basis for event management. By using the pitFM software, all area data and CAD plans could initially be integrated. The fault reporting tool (pitFM Web) also enables the automatic reporting of technical faults. The orders to the technical staff required in the further course of the project are also documented and managed. The room booking system, for example, which is used in the state sports center, provides an overview of the occupancy plans, whereby the room occupancy can be determined using standard reports. The catering services booked by guests are recorded and transmitted to the catering department. Since summer 2013, the pitFM software has also been used to bill service charges.
