PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Tirol Kliniken relies on pitFM as a central system for managing and documenting all relevant building data in facility management. At its heart is a central room book, which is classified according to DIN277 and integrates the organizational and cost centre structure of Tirol Kliniken. The data is always kept up to date thanks to a CAD connection and a mobile master data maintenance app. pitFM is the central source of information for numerous departments - including the legal, cleaning and construction departments. The platform supports important processes such as compliance management, mobile cleaning control and the filing of construction plans and technical documentation. Particularly noteworthy is the transparent integration of external service providers in quality processes, for example when documenting cleaning defects or updating construction plans.
In daily operations, 560 internal and 150 external users actively use the system. As part of the technical documentation, 23,200 rooms, 3,600 doors and gates and 6,250 medical gas connections are digitally recorded and managed. In addition, 8,800 CAD documents and 560 CAD drawings are stored in the system.
The CAFM solution focuses on a CAD-DMS platform for inventory documentation, the integration of Autodesk platform services, key allocation, mobile maintenance with SAP interface, mobile cleaning control for external service providers, compliance management and the implementation of ecological inspections. These figures and functions illustrate the performance and scalability of pitFM in use at Tirol Klinken. The solution enables efficient, transparent and cross-departmental management of all building data and supports the continuous optimization of facility management processes.
