Support secured for existing solutions in the area of sports facility management
pit-cup GmbH (hereinafter referred to as pit) ensures stability for customer solutions after Computer System 2000 GmbH will permanently cease business operations on July 31, 2025. Computer System 2000 GmbH had independently developed and distributed software solutions for the management of sports facilities based on the technology provided by pit - now pit is taking over the safeguarding of technical operations.
Even if there was no contractual relationship with Computer System 2000 customers, pit supports all customers who use solutions based on pit platform technology as far as possible. The aim is to keep operations stable - particularly in the area of sports facility management - and to jointly develop prospects for future support.
Role & commitment of the pit
- Technical operation: The pit ensures the continued availability and stability of the platform components in order to guarantee business continuity.
- Support for users: Technical support is provided.
