2025 was a year of important decisions for us in terms of brand management and strategic development. By merging the previous activities of Ing. Günter Grüner GmbH under the common umbrella brand pit, we have strengthened our presence in the D-A-CH region - with an unchanged independent corporate structure and the same contact persons. For you, this means: familiar quality, consistent services and an expanded portfolio from a strong brand.
As part of this realignment, our two previous websites were also merged into a central corporate presence at www.pit.de. The new site has a modern look and feel and offers a clearer structure, better orientation and a comprehensive overview of our entire service portfolio.

With the pitEcoSystem+ we combine planning, execution and operation on a digital platform with centralized data and open system architecture. Our solutions cover the entire life cycle - from CAFM, CAD, BIM, TGA, EMS (energy and climate management) to portfolio and asset management.
Among them offers metamagix a central platform for real estate and portfolio management that automatically consolidates all relevant data - on properties, tenants, contracts, investors and key figures - and keeps it up to date at all times.
An important element of our solution portfolio is pitENERGY, our energy and climate management solution. It creates transparency about energy consumption and effectively supports you in achieving your sustainability and climate goals.
Our new mobile interface pitFM 2GO we have already successfully migrated several customers. This year, many users were able to experience the benefits directly in a best practice webinar with our customer, the Attl Foundation.
