As a BIM Manager, you play a central role in the digital building life cycle. You ensure consistent data quality from planning through the construction phase to building operation. Increasing requirements for transparency, sustainability, energy efficiency and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) verification as well as DIN-compliant operator responsibility underline the importance of your area of responsibility. A central platform for coordinating planning, simulation and operating data is available to you for efficient data management. It enables the structured recording, checking and transfer of models to pitFM as well as the integration of data from CAD systems such as Revit, AutoCAD or BricsCAD. In combination with pitCAD Ultimate, a fully integrated model and process framework is created.

Basis for a digital twin
With pitCAD Ultimate, you have a tool to fulfill coordination tasks and create the foundation for a digital twin of a building. pitCAD Ultimate generates planning data that can later be linked with operating data in pitFM. Thanks to the integral data network, information from calculations such as heating load, cooling load or pipe network can be automatically transferred. This creates a continuous digital workflow from planning to construction.
