As 2024 draws to a close, the pit Group can look back with pride and gratitude on numerous successes, valuable partnerships and exciting projects. During this reflective time, we would like to thank all our customers and partners for their great cooperation and at the same time express our appreciation through a special fundraising campaign. In this way, we are once again setting an example of social responsibility and sustainability this year.

New products and innovations in 2024

One highlight in 2024 was the introduction of pitPABIan innovative tool for the precise planning of maintenance budgets, which is based on the powerful pitFM Smart solution. The tool is currently in the pilot phase and will be tested with a customer for the first time in the first quarter of 2025. Version 1.0 is planned for the second quarter of 2025. The further development of pitFM Smart has further optimized efficiency in facility management process design and offers even more benefits for our customers. pitFM OpenConnect enables facility management processes to be controlled digitally and securely in the cloud. Particularly noteworthy is the workshop at pitConnect 2024, where the tool was successfully used at BLB NRW. With pitFM 2GO we have developed a mobile app based on the latest .NET MAUI technology. The app offers offline functionality and is perfectly integrated into our pitEcoSystem+. It simplifies daily work and offers a modern user interface. It supports all important processes: from master data management and order processing to meter value recording, defect management and the recording of TGA data. A central solution that provides you with efficiency and an overview.

Christmas campaign: pit Group supports social projects

Once again this year, we are deliberately foregoing Christmas cards and gifts. Instead, we are donating to two charitable organizations that are highly committed to social causes.

Unionhilfswerk Berlin Foundation

The Unionhilfswerk Berlin foundation promotes intergenerational exchange and is implementing a special project with the PAPILLONS theater ensemble. It brings together the life stories of senior citizens, including residents of a care home in Berlin-Kreuzberg suffering from dementia, with the perspectives of children. The ensemble creates a bridge between the generations on stage. Our donation will help to make the production possible for the year 2025.

Attl Foundation

The Attl Foundation is highly committed to the integration and support of people with disabilities. Our donation will go towards the development of a special calendar in plain language that will help the foundation’s residents to structure their everyday lives and plan important appointments in an understandable way.

Doing good together

With these donations, we want to make a positive contribution and support those who need our help the most. We are proud to be able to set an example of humanity and solidarity with our fundraising campaign. A big thank you to everyone who supports us with this campaign.

Outlook for 2025: successful together

2024 was a year full of challenges and successes. We would like to thank our customers and partners for their trust and cooperation.
