Your tasks
- Management, implementation and monitoring of technical and commercial facility management projects
- Defining milestones and acceptances
- Requirements and process analyses at the customer’s premises (implementation of events and workshops)
- Creating processes for the optimal use of synergies from the areas of planning, construction and operation for our customers
- Creation of class, requirements and process models as well as functional specifications
- Resource planning and control, quality control of projects
- Presentation of pit software to customers and at events
Your profile
- A completed technical degree or comparable training
- Experience in facility management and/or TGA
- Basic CAD knowledge an advantage
- Experience with relational databases in ACCESS, MySQL or Oracle
- Management experience of projects in the area of software implementation
- Knowledge in the field of technical, commercial and infrastructural FM
- Strong service, consulting and sales orientation (confident manner in dealing with customers)
- Conceptual, analytical thinking as well as the ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Good written and spoken English, other languages an advantage
