Your tasks

  • Coordination, preparation and follow-up of appointments and meetings including the follow-up of the resulting
    tasks
  • Preparation of project accounting and performance records
  • Supporting the teams with organization and documentation
  • Preparation/revision of PowerPoint presentations according to specifications
  • Target/actual comparison of contract/delivery performance, variance analyses, cost control
  • Recording, checking and maintaining documentation
  • Taking on organizational tasks relating to the branch office

Your profile

  • Completed commercial vocational training or comparable training
  • Professional experience in a comparable position
  • Independent, structured and precise way of working
  • High level of communication and teamwork skills as well as reliability, resilience and organizational talent
  • Very good MS-Office knowledge
