Your tasks
- Collaboration in technical and commercial facility management projects
- Requirements and process analyses at the customer
- Developing processes for the optimal use of synergies from the areas of planning, construction and operation for our customers
- Creation of class, requirement and process models
- Documentation of workshops
- Resource planning and control, quality control of projects
- Presentation of pit software to customers and at events
Your profile
- A completed technical degree or comparable training
- Initial experience in facility management and/or TGA is an advantage
- Basic CAD knowledge an advantage
- Experience with relational databases in ACCESS, MySQL or Oracle
- Knowledge in the field of technical, commercial and infrastructural FM
- Service, consulting and sales orientation
- Conceptual, analytical thinking as well as the ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Good written and spoken English, other languages an advantage
