Initial situation and objectives

The centerpiece is a central room book with classification according to DIN277 incl. Integration of the organizational and cost center structure of Tirol Kliniken. This is kept up to date with a CAD connection and mobile master data maintenance via an APP.

This data is relevant for other departments such as the legal, cleaning and construction departments. These are used and enriched for other processes such as compliance management, mobile cleaning control and a filing system for construction plans and technical documentation. In the latter two processes, the involvement of external contractors and planning companies in quality processes plays a decisive role. For example, cleaning deficiencies and the transmission or updating of construction plans are documented transparently.

In a further project, key allocation was digitized. Key issuing via tablets (pitFM Smart) is now simple and mobile.
