The method has proven itself in numerous practical projects – most recently through comprehensive validation in the GEFMA working group with 633 properties and over 2 million square meters of space. Awards and successes

pitPABI has received several awards, including the GIF Real Estate Research Award (1st place) and the Best Paper Award 2018 at INservFM. It forms the basis of GEFMA Guideline 270 and has been successfully established in practice for 14 years. The PABI Excel tool has been used successfully for 9 years and is continuously being further developed.

Conclusion

pitPABI is currently in the pilot phase and will be tested with the first customer in Q1 2025. The launch of version 1.0 is planned for Q2 2025. Until then, important functions such as interfaces and automatisms will be further developed to make the tool even more powerful.
