FM2BIM – The next step towards full integration Our update brings comprehensive FM2BIM support. This enables a seamless connection between facility management and building information modeling. Discover how this integration can take your projects to the next level. Flush-mounted boxes for electrical installations We have expanded support for flush-mounted boxes in electrical planning.
This new function allows you to plan installations even more precisely and efficiently. Integrated GEG and cooling and heating load calculation with SOLAR-COMPUTER (existing buildings and BIM) This version allows you to directly calculate the heating load calculation and the energy efficiency of the building with the requirements of the Building Energy Act (GEG). This function ensures that your calculations are always up to date with the latest legal requirements. You can use existing plans, BIM models (IFC or native) and hybrid models. This allows you to quickly plan variants of different energy efficiency concepts without having to re-model everything. NOTE: No existing full version is required for installation. If you have made any changes to the menu, please save them before installing the service pack.
