Initial situation and objectives
The starting point for the CAFM project was the fact that BIG was undergoing structural changes and some IT systems were not up to the new requirements. Following a market study and the specification of requirements in a consulting project, the pitFM system was selected via a tender. After the implementation phase, pitFM developed into the central IT solution for all technical property management processes. The strong connection to SAP ensures ideal integration of the commercial and technical perspectives. This means that pitFM is also the cross-divisional data source for all information relating to the building.
