Initial situation and objectives
The introduction of pit-FM at eight locations in Germany creates the conditions for a standardized and networked FM organization. This enables synergies to be achieved and benchmarks to be carried out – two essential advantages. The software includes all FM-relevant processes and enables simple but efficient access by projecting selected modules onto the web and mobile application. In this way, professionalism and service quality are taken to a new level. The acceptance of employees both within and outside the department is enormous.
