CAD / BIM solutions
The heart of pit – openCDE is our BIM-DB. Based on the BIM-DB, we provide various applications such as the pit – Content Manager.
This makes it easy to structure, collect and validate BIM data and make it available for digital real estate operations with pit – FM.
How CAD / BIM works
The Content Manager supports you in the open BIM process right from the start. Requirements from the AIA (client’s BIM specification) can be digitally mapped in the BIM DB. This creates the basis for structured data collection. Compliance with the AIA can be checked in the BIM DB at the touch of a button.
Information from the BIM models can be integrated at the touch of a button via the IFC interface. Once transferred to the BIM database, the data can be enriched with additional information and continuously updated.
At the end of the project, the final as-built documentation for the digital real estate is simply transferred to pit – FM. pit – BIM DB ensures sustainable data management over the entire life cycle of the property.
